Welcome to Roadside Tire Rescue. By utilizing our roadside assistance services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Our services are provided subject to availability and certain limitations, including but not limited to geographical coverage, service scope, and eligibility requirements.

You acknowledge that roadside assistance involves certain inherent risks, and we shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the provision of services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

To receive services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and location, and ensure that the vehicle is accessible for our technicians. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed; prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policies, liability disclaimers, and dispute resolution procedures are detailed in separate sections of this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or vehicle that violates applicable laws or our policies.

By using our services, you consent to our privacy policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Roadside Tire Rescue, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.
